The error you are getting is not caused by our software. Microsoft recently released an update that has created this “Entry Point” Error.

The typical verbage for this error is: "The procedure entry point_resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.DLL"

To correct the problem:

1. Use Windows Explorer to locate C:\Program Files and open the EZPrompt folder (exact name of EZPrompt folder varies, depending on the version you have installed).
2. Locate the file EZPromptXP.exe.local and delete it.

The problem is corrected by moving the .local file.

If you are reluctant to delete the EZPrompt.exe.local file, you can move it:

1. Use Windows Explorer to locate C:\Program Files and open the EZPrompt folder (exact name of EZPrompt folder varies, depending on the version you have installed).
2. Create a new sub-folder ... give it any name you wish
3. Locate the file EZPromptXP.exe.local and move (not copy) into the sub-folder you just created.

The problem is corrected by moving the .local file.
