 EZPrompt Standard Features

• Dual Screen / Multi-Monitor Support (Standard Feature): New screen display choices let you take advantage of the dual screen (or multi-monitor) hardware on newer computers. With EZPrompt's Dual Screen function, the prompter operator has a control screen that is seperate from the video output to the prompter.
  
• Operator Mini-Windows (Standard Feature): The Operator Mini-Window is perfect for use with low-cost prompter monitor hardware which cannot be reversed!
  
• User Adjustable Talent Pointer (Standard Feature): New Talent Pointer choices permit you to turn on a  pointer on the left side of the prompter screen for your talent. You control the color and position of the pointer, and have four different pointer types to select from.
  
• Programmable Speed Keys (Standard Feature): New utility setting lets you program or re-program the 'speed keys' (numbers 1 thru 9) on your computer keyboard.
• EZPrompt Direct (Standard Feature) EZPrompt Direct permits EZPrompt to be launched automatically by Windows Scheduler or from the Command Line and prompt a script with no human interaction.
• Smoother Scroll (Standard Feature): Our software engineers have fine-tuned the EZPrompt Prompter Scroll Engine to create the smoothest, easiest to read prompter display we have ever released.
• New Fonts (Standard Feature): We have added a new 'ALL CAPS' font to our standard installation package. Regardless of the case used when the script was typed, with the new ADS CAPS Prompter Font, everything appears in UPPER CASE.

 EZPrompt Optional Features

• EZRundown (Optional Feature): This interface permits you to load multiple scripts and create a Rundown, which can be prompted as single 'Show'. Includes back-timing and user configurable columns. For details, check out the EZRundown page!
• PowerPoint Interface (Optional Feature): This new optional interface permits you to synchronize your script and Microsoft PowerPoint Slide Shows. • Closed Captioning Interface (Optional Feature): This new optional interface permits you to Close Caption your programs and presentations to comply with the FCC mandates for captioning. This is a cost-effective solution which requires a standard Closed Caption Encoder (ask us for pricing!) and an Activation Code to turn Closed Captioning on.  Computer Requirements

 EZPrompt is designed to run on Microsoft Windows® 7, Windows® Vista, Windows® XP (Pro and Home).
 Some features may not work on machines with older operating systems. Note that performance is also related to hardware resources such as memory and video adaptor quality.

• All Hardware used by EZPrompt is 100% off-the-shelf hardware, nothing proprietary!
• Runs on either Desktop machines or Notebook computers.
• Requires only a standard mouse, standard trackball or Microsoft IntelliMouse®.
• True Windows-based prompter ... no need to exit or use a specialized (high-priced!) graphics card.
• Uses standard VGA/NTSC converters (no proprietary hardware). Video can be sent to any standard VGA or NTSC prompter.
• Virtually unlimited font selection ... uses standard Windows® TrueType fonts and colors, including reverses.
• EZPrompt is easily controlled from a standard serial or PS/2 mouse or trackball as well as with the computer’s keyboard.
