ADS is the manufacturer or EZPrompt and EZCaption. Both software packages include free support (email, fax or telephone), and free software updates for one-year from the date of purchase.

ADS will provide support services for licensed copies of the software. ADS routinely assists Customers who have downloaded a demo version of the program for evaluation purposes with installation and configuration questions.

ADS business hours are 8:00am - 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Customers can obtain technical support during business hours. ADS also provides sales, product information and technical support via email or fax.
